HOW TO STORE THE WATER IN THE RIVERS WITHOUT CONSTRUCTING DAMS

Water is the most important thing in our daily life.so saving the water is also the important thing.if water is not there then we cant servive.daily we are using the water for different uses.fue examples like washing,cleaning,drinking,bathing etc. so water is playing a key role on our life. not only now it will after few years also it play a major role. so we need to save the water.
In olden days also wastage is there.the wastage is also recycled  without man interference. the wastage is also done by different ways  like in the 6th and 7th standard books mentions that in the environmental science book showing the picture that is  like ,the village having the pound ,in that pound the people are taking the bath oneside , house wife are taking the drinking water,otherpersons cleaning their cattle's etc.
so the olden days also there is the wastage mixed in the water time people are struggled and sustained with the situation.
later that govt constructed dams on the rivers.from there to they are giving the water to each village and each house(partially completed the work in some villages). Each politician says before elections if we wins in this elections we will provide the drinking water for the each house.after elections the politicians will not come to home.

how this problem solved in olden days:
in olden days the kings constructed the big lake(check dams) for storing the water.from there to people uses the water for their fields and house hold works.

now a days;
rivers are jointing it is good thing but river side people are dies for the water.then what is the use of the constucting dams.because dam will store the river water until it fill the level.the they will release the water .then the flow water speed is high it cant stop in the middle. it go until next dams.so what about middle villages how they will uses that water.

how to solve the problem now a days using riverwalls:
to  overcome this problems ,is making the walls type constuction  across  rivers using the sand bags.like constructing the walls in the distance of the each 200m to 300m  across the river and 3 to 4 feets height and breadth is 5to6 sandbags side by side.
after constructing this walls  we can store the water upto 3 to 4feets height water and it covers entire border of the river.if it overflow the water then it stops at next wall(sandbag walls) .so nearly 200m to 300m meter water will saves and next wall also saves 200m to 300m like wise saves upto next dam.
if govt of the india take care and construct this type of walls on every river so we can store the water.
for construcing this walls cost is also less comparing constrcting big dams.sand will available in the river and bags cost is  also less and only the labour work is only required.for the use the army and village people help so we can constructing riverwalls.
for inspecting this we need the employee so we can generate the job.for very 5 to 10km distance

how to create more jobs in agriculture in india

hi good morning to all,
india is the second largest country in the world.largest youth population having india but the government and themselves(youth) not utilising the skills of the india.there is quote like this"every person having some extraordinary skills but you need to find it".if the youth is neglecting their skills or not recognising their skill then who will get in the problem? not only the individual person and the government also. if  your thinking how ?
if the person is not utilising skill for him getting job or work or knowledge,definately the person will not help in growth of the economy of the india.
case 1:
when i am travelling to my home town most the youth playing cricket.and their friends watching the match the entire team nearly 100 to 200 members.so indirectly that much the people not working for india in other way they are wasting their precious time and not part economic growth.
case 2:
same day i saw the most the lands are not with the fields or some other crops.
case 3:
most of the womens are waste their time only sticking with the household work.

now i am comming to how to utilise the resource the get the work.make the money for him and his family and for country
for above three cases making the posts:
case 1.we can make the land  for cultivation, for that we need the land so most the mandals and districts have the  govt lands and the individual lands.how to utilise these lands ,first take employee (on 5 stages)
first stage ; for every 200 acres take the trackter drivers and tell them to make the lands for cultivate. for this pay some amount(like 5k to 6k every month) .in this way every person below the 10th standard person will get the job in his local area so not quired of the quarters .
second stage; putting the crops and other vegitables crops in the fields we required 5-10persons for every 20 twenty acres in this utilise the woman works who is sticking with the house so they will get benifited and they will be payed(like 7k-8k per month)
stage three;putting the superwisers for checking the whether work is going good r not.for this perpose we requied above 12th standard persons
stage four ;checking the land is good or not or affected by any other insects,for this we required agriculture  specialists require degree persons.
stage five:making the entry every day update we require computer operator
managing  all this degree persons require.

conclusion;
in this way we can create atleast 5 to 10 jobs at his village.so most the person will agree for this. and we can make this entire system like part time only so all will accept this.
